I wear regular or skinny Lee jeans, which are similar to Wrangler. I wore guy's Levis for years, because I have long legs and you could buy them by inseam length; it was the only way to get my jeans long enough! I was glad when they finally started making women's jeans in short, medium and tall!

How long is your inseam length?

Back in the day I used to wear 36" inseams but I think they used to shrink some also. I can usually get by with 34" these days. :)

Holy shit! I'm 6'3", and I wear a 36" inseam!

Levi's 315 shaping bootcut. I am only 5'2" but wear a 34" inseam for two reasons. I have long legs and even though I could wear 32" based on length, the 34" is slimmer cut and fit better on me. Enough info for ya ducky?

Wait a minute 5'2 and 34" legs?? You must have a short body! How can I be 8 inches taller but have shorter legs?? :o

Because you're a duck!

:goodone: This. I am 5'9' but the 36" inseam used to fit better somehow than the 34". I think it was the shoes and the boots I had at the time or something!

I've gone through a lot of different brands over the years. I've worn Lee Riders, Gloria Vanderbilt, Faded Glory and Levi's. I always used to buy men's jeans too because they came in talls. They still are better made in general than the women's jeans. The fabric is thicker.

I would agree that 36" would be really long unless you wore a lot of boots with heels.

Levi's, Lee (which I like to call A Lesser Levi's) and a bunch of lesser name brands.

Regular and/or bootcut 30x30 (I'm 5'5)

It's mostly black or a light to mid shade of blue. There's one pair of red Levi's which was relatively new and still wear but got ruined by having a few tiny bleach spot on one of the pant legs. There's another one where instead of buying those rip-off jeans that are ripped and distressed, I took an old pair of lesser name brand jeans that was very worn out and ripped at the bottom and made my own distressed rips and stuff which looks more legit than those that sell at some trendy millennial clothing store for like $50+.

How tall are you 5'0 with 40 inch legs and nothing else but a head resting on some hips??

It was partly this and also I didn't pay attention when I washed stuff and they used to shrink some so if I bought them that length I didn't have to worry about it! :D I'm definitely 34" now!

I've been thinking about trying a pair of selvedge or raw denim jeans but they're quite pricey. The cheapest I've seen is $105 and that was at The Gap. I have a had time justifying that when I can get a pair of Wranglers at Wal-Mart or Arizona jeans at SJC Penney for about $35-40.

My favorite jeans are a pair of Wranglers (brown). They're 7 years old, still fit well, and are as tough as nails. I've done everything but murder someone in them.

And murdering is coming next! :16ton:

I've got my list! :blaze:

You'll stab them at 3 AM.

Best fit I've found is LaRedoute bootcuts. I am short but highwaisted so need a little longer in the leg than petite jeans so go with regular.

Bootcuts are the most flattering fit, especially for us "rounder" people, so I stick with that cut. Sometimes I will buy skinny jeans if they are on sale (like £5 Matalan specials) but only wear them when painting.

I have like two other types of trousers, but prefer jeans to anything. And do not ever wear skirts or dresses.
