I have finally decided to grow some balls! Getting back into a serious Thin Lizzy mode has really made me wake up and turn a dream into reality.

Zoe is a soccer stud and wants to see a soccer game in Liverpool.

I want to fly from San Francisco to Iceland. Iceland to Dublin. I must meet you Hatchet. I also must travel up to Belfast to see where the Titanic was built.

I MUST go to Dublin and see the Phil Lynott statute. I will lay down flowers and I will put a Black Rose inside them.

I must go to that bar where they have the Rory Gallagher gold guitar statue hanging in the window at the cool looking pub.

Do I dare venture out to find that castle where U2 recorded "The Unforgettable Fire?" My favorite record by that band that I don't like anymore.

This thread is just tor reach out to all of my friends on here who live in Ireland and London.

I want to meet you guys.

Zoe is pumped too.

I don't need a place to stay. I am not a user but I would rather stay with a Forum friend then in some hotel. Either way. It's all good.

I want to go to London on the Ferry from Dublin.

I want to take Zo to a futbol game.

I want to see Abby Road and take off my sneakers and socks and walk across it like Billy Shears. LOL!

I want to go to the Cavern Pub and see where the Beatles played.

I want to go to Liverpool and visit a Chippy.

I want to see where Pete Townshend was born.

WANT!

Who knows?????

Just laying out the framework for an epic father daughter trip. I'm thinking May of 2018. Zoe will be in between colleges so it will be perfect.

Please help me plan this!

Any advice of information would help.

I'm being very proactive.

I'm going to start saving 40 bucks a week.

Even Zo is going to start saving.

Yes Johnny Blaze.

I will fly to Japan in 2019. That is one of my goals too.

Hope some of my real friends on here can help me plan.

RUSH ON!!!!

THIN LIZZY RULES!!!!!!!!!

THE WHO IS EPiC TOO!

I AM READY TO GO ON AN "AMAZING JOURNEY!"

KEITH MOON!

PHIL LYNOTT!

LIZZY! THE WHO TOUR 2018!!!!!!!

GUINNESS!!!!

NEWCASTLE!!!!!

Zoe will be 21 by then! I know the drinking age is 18 over there! So be it!!

I'm so excited!!!!!

I love all of my friends on this Forum!!!!!

Oh and yes ROD IN RIO! I want to visit Brazil too one day!!!!!

I am blessed and I have a great memory.

I'm not looking for a place to stay. I just want to meet many of you on this Forum. Hug you. Talk and drink beer!!!

CHEERS!!!!

I actually don't have a "BAD REPUTATION" on here.

I'm going "SOUTHBOUND!"

Are you planning on checking out Iceland? If not, why the stop there?

LA to Dublin flights aren't that steep. I've seen them between $400-600.

Imho, a trip to the UK or any other English speaking country are the easiest to do simply because there's no language barrier.

Time should be the only obstacle really.

Anyway, I'm sure you'll have a blast.

Zoe's boyfriend told me that WOW! Iceland Airlines is the cheapest. But man if I can go from LA to Dublin I'm doing that!!!!

I wouldn't mind seeing Iceland but my goal is Ireland and London!!!

Japan is also on my list buddy!

Is that 400 to 600 USD one way or round trip?

"Black Rose" just kicked in man.

I remember buying this cassette when I was a kid.

It was my first Thin Lizzy album.

I bought it because I loved the album cover.

I put the album on my old Pioneer stereo and I instantly fell in love.
