treeduck
She probably would have lasted another 15 or 20 years had Carrie Fisher lived a healthy long life. She seemed like she was from another era anyway, a lot of the stars she shared the screen with have been dead for decades. RIP Debbie.

Lucas
The ties that bind .. Tragic It is an unanswerable and overwhelming question, but I hope that in some way we cannot yet understand, that Carrie and Debbie are reunited RIP
treeduck
It does feel like a celebrity culling has been underway over the last 12 months, ever since Philthy Animal Phil Taylor and Lemmy died at the end of last year...

invisible airwave
That is just flat out insult to injury. Two talents from a family are gone but Kartrashians, Trumps and Clintons are still roaming. Goddamn this cruel year. RIP
EagleMoon
Carrie always said that her mother tried to steal the spotlight all the time. She would probably get a kick out of this saying she was doing it again. So sad.
Chicken hawk
Rest in peace Carrie and Debbie ! Something from Carrie>>>>>> On accepting her place in history"I am Princess Leia, no matter what. If I were trying to get a good table, I wouldn't say I wrote Postcards [From the Edge, her best-selling novel]. Or, if I'm trying to get someone to take my check and I don't have ID, I wouldn't say: "Have you seen [When] Harry Met Sally?" Princess Leia will be on my tombstone." Something from Debbie..............http://www.azquotes.com/picture-quotes/quote-i-live-right-in-front-of-my-daughter-i-have-a-little-house-right-in-front-of-her-because-debbie-reynolds-128-58-08.jpg Edited December 29, 2016 by Chicken hawk

Derek19
I wanted, and meant to say something about her. So, and too close to her, and Carrie's passing away. She'll, and is missed. My condolences to her family, and friends. R.I.P., Debbie.
OldRUSHfan
She was in the movie that also stared the Barris redone 1955 Lincoln Futura "It Started With A Kiss" with Glen Ford as the male lead. Saw this movie years ago on the Bill Kennedy at the Movies show on WKBD channel 50 UHF station in Detroit and recognised as the car Barris eventually turned into the Batmobile of TV fame. R.I.P.
