I like The Fury and Saturn 3 but he seemed to be a bit too old for those particular sci-fi action thriller roles (he was over 60 by then). I still rate them but I couldn't find a place for them in my top 10.

And I left some out that belong. Too lazy to revise, though.

Kirk's wife might not like it!

So where's all these top 10's then??

I'm not sure if I've seen 10 Kirk Douglas movies. If I have, I don't remember enough to put 10 in order

Yeah. As much of an icon that Kirk Douglas is, other than Spartacus, his films kind of disappeared from the landscape.

Yeah. As much of an icon that Kirk Douglas is, other than Spartacus, his films kind of disappeared from the landscape.

The only ones I clearly remember are Spartacus and Paths of Glory, excellent flicks. But honestly, I saw those not because of Douglas but because of Kubrick. Kirk does do a great job in both though.

I'm positive I've seen 20,000 Leagues..., War Wagon, and Gunfight at the O.K. Corral but I remember nothing about them. And after that I'm struggling to even remember if I've seen this or that of his.

You need to go to my Kirk Top 10 and try and watch each film on the list ASAP.

The Vikings is essential, you'll love that one.
