Rick N. Backer
Sabbath. His best albums are Rising, Heaven and Hell, Mob Rules, Holy Diver and Last in Line. But Heaven and Hell and Mob Rules are perfect.
TheAccountant
His work with Rainbow was fine but for me it comes down to solo & Sabbath. My favorite albums with him are Heaven & Hell, Holy Diver, Last in Line & Sacred Heart. Three good albums outweigh one good album so I voted for his solo work. Rod in Toronto
I chose his solo work. But what other artist can you think about who has such an amazing string of albums like Rising => Long Live Rock and Roll => Heaven & Hell => Mob Rules => Holy Diver => Last in Line ???? Note that I didn´t even consider the first Rainbow album or live releases inbetween.

There was so much music in 1972 that it was hard to keep up so I had to be selective.

On the track I posted it sounds like they borrow pretty heavily from War Pigs, but with a twist, of course.

Not sure what being old has to do with never getting into him. Dio would be 74 if he was still alive.
