I thought I'd toss tacos in there too given they're pretty popular. In this poll, we're imagining your BEST incarnation of each dish vs each other. I cannot eat anything remotely spicy right now due to some medical treatment and I'm not sure when I will be able to return. If I was able to eat them I would say tacos. However, I think the best burger I've ever had was better than the best pizza or taco I've ever had. Very tough to beat a top notch grilled burger. Pizza would be a very close second, and it could very well have gone the other way. For all intents and purposes, this is how I'd rank my favorability of the four foods in question: Burgers ≥ Pizza > Tacos > Hot Dogs I eat hot dogs more often than tacos but every time I have tacos, I enjoy them much more than hot dogs. In fact, and it might sound ridiculous, but the best hot dog I've ever had was at this bar in Williamsburg (Brooklyn) called Over The Eight. I don't remember what it was called exactly on the menu but I remembered it had melted white cheese (I wanna say mozzarella) onions, cabbage, crushed potato chips, ketchup, mustard and some other sauce I don't know by name. Ok, it was a "gourmet" hot dog and the only time I've had that one in particular but still...as a whole, I enjoy hot dogs the least. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
