Van Halen's debut album had more impact on me than any other I can remember. It could have just been the timing (my senior year of high school) but it was something completely different and exciting b

I like the :rush: debut the most, but it's won't say the best. Either Zeppelin or Sabbath gets that title...with Sabbath winning out, I think. As noted, Zeppelin hadn't quite figured itself out yet, while Sabbath's sound and schtick was there on arrival.

So glad they did that. If they did not, what would I have to listen to?

 

Most of my music is Metal, or a sub genre of it.

 

And still you do not listen to Black Sabbath (just a few songs)?

I always stood there weighing the pros and cons :

 

Do I put these greasy looking headphones on, or, do I risk blowing $12 on a CD that sucks ??

Yup, same here. Never put on scroungy bastard headphones. Or I just didn't buy it at all.
