I am voting for Black Sabbath. Its just a amazing debut album. No bad songs on it at all!

I like Rush,Pink Floyd,Black Sabbath,and Led Zeppelin, but I will go with Rush. :)

Of those, I'd go with Led Zeppelin but none of them as as good as Van Halen's debut or Boston's.

Ohh, this is rough... I'm deliberating between Black Sabbath and Piper At the Gates of Dawn. I think I'm going with Piper at the Gates of Dawn but Black Sabbath is right behind it.

And I didn't even notice King Crimson in there...

As much as I love Piper at the Gates of Dawn, I'm now going with In the Court of the Crimson King.

Sabbath had their sound pretty much nailed on that album. The others were still looking for it IMO.

Hmm gotta go more proggy with this selection so it's King Crimson. Rush, Zep and Sabbath weren't as musically adventurous on their first albums. The prog stuff was really out there for the time and could have easily fallen flat on it's face. That Crimson album was sort of like Moody Blues on acid. Edited September 28, 2016 by HemiBeers
