Im going. Why not?

Its a really small venue and if jons vocal are off still will be a good show imo.

Plus remaining chances after this will be fewer and fewer

Just saw they are playing Hard Rock Live close by in October. Is Jon's voice up to the task? Not sure about dropping $$ on this one. What do YOU think?

His voice is still fantastic, I recently bought the new release " Anderson/Stolt" and Jon sounds as good as he ever has.

I looked it up and the closest they come to me is Atlanta GA which is a pretty good hike. I drove and sent the night for the R40 show but not sure I want too for this one but am intrigued. The prices seemed a bit high as well. I realize that this isn't "Yes" and not seeing Yes ever is my biggest concert regret and I could have in their prime. This is the only reason given the trip length and price that I am interested. We shall see... Edited by Narps

Well since you asked.

For me my "sell-by" date for Yes was about 2004. (It's got nothing to do with Jon Anderson being in the band or not. I'd go see Yes with the new guy if I thought the rest of them would inspire me enough.)

Rabin would be the only guy of the three I would be interesting in seeing these days anyway. But I'm not even sure Wakeman is my favorite Yes keyboardist in Yes. (I'm partial to early Kaye and Moraz and then later Igor and Brislin)

There's the argument that it really isn't Yes anyway, but that wouldn't matter to me if I thought it was going to be enjoyable. But for me at this point it really isn't something that will soothe my soul.

But it's not what I think anyway. It's what you think.

Of all the shows ive seen ( countless) , ive never seen yes either. This was another reason for me to go. Plus its at a casino and out of town, so kind of like a nice little get away for my wife who i doubt will know any or little of the music. I broke down and got a package deal with hotel and cert towards dinner at the hard rock. All this was kind of expensive for me. But screw it , im treating myself for a change!

ARW , the new prog-rock project featuring former Yes members Jon Anderson , Trevor Rabin and Rick Wakeman , has revealed the other musicians who will perform with the group during their upcoming fall tour. Joining the band are bass player Lee Pomeroy , drummer Louis Molino III and multi-instrumentalist Gary Cambra .

Pomeroy has previously worked with Wakeman, and has also performed or recorded with such artists as Jeff Lynne's ELO and ex- Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett . Molino was a founding member of the band Cock Robin , and he also has toured and/or recorded with Rabin, Julian Lennon , Kenny Loggins , former Supertramp singer Roger Hodgson and The Tubes .

Speaking of The Tubes, Cambra was a member of the band for 20 years, playing guitar and keyboards, as well as serving as the group's producer. His resume also includes work with Jefferson Starship and Stephen Bishop .

ARW's 2016 U.S. tour kicks off on October 4 in Orlando, Florida, and is mapped out through a November 29 concert in Portland, Oregon. The band also has lined up a 2017 European trek that currently is scheduled to run from March 12 to March 28. The shows are being billed as "An Evening of Yes Music & More."

*Lee is a great bassist. I saw him w/Steve Hackett a few years back. He played Rutherford's bass lines perfectly.

I'll be at the Los Angeles show. The floor seats were very expensive. So I scored 8th row center balcony for about $80.

Some genius of a promoter here in Italy has just booked two Wakeman piano solo concerts for February but still no sign of ARW.

At the moment just TWO gigs for ARW in continental Europe. Can please anyone wake up?
